A quick and easy way to cover anything in little polka dots! I'm thinking about doing this on the boxes for my pom pom garlands to go in, to make them look a bit more creative.
All you'll need: Pencil with flattened rubber (slice the rubber to make it as flat as possible) and an ink pad (you can use any colour, depending on what you're printing onto).
